Fire Master’s Brand & Operations

A fire protection business with a strong track record and loyal clients but nothing to show for it when going to market. The business had a logo and a website, but no brand guidelines, no capability statement, and no professional assets to hand over when tendering with new clients. Internally, everything lived in the founder's head and personal emails making it nearly impossible to onboard anyone new or get them working without constant direction.

Threefold was engaged as a plug-in partner. On the brand side, a strategic workshop defined the positioning and a full capability statement was designed and delivered giving the business something tangible to put in front of builders.

On the operations side, a centralised Notion system was built covering project management, tender tracking, QA workflows, and document management. Folder architecture was restructured within Onedrive so the team could find what they needed without asking.

The business now has the assets to compete for bigger work and the systems to bring people on without the founder having to stop everything to train them.
