You probably don't — and that's completely fine. That's what the discovery call is for. You tell me what's going on, and I'll recommend the right scope.

Yes. Most of my work is remote. Workshops and coaching can be in-person or virtual. If you have a preference, let me know.

It depends on the scope. Some businesses need a full systems build over 3–6 months. Others need me to build one over 2–3 months. This is what we'll figure out together in our discovery call.

It depends on the scope, but most clients start seeing things shift within the first few weeks. Brand strategy projects are delivered in 2–3 weeks. Systems builds start making a difference as soon as the first processes are in place. Most of my coaching clients have made accelerated progress within the first 2 weeks of working with me.

Both. Brand strategy is a standalone project completed in 2–3 weeks. The plug-in partnership can be project-based or ongoing depending on what you and your business need. We'll figure out the right structure on the call.

I don't just advise — I execute. Most consultants hand you a strategy and leave you to figure out the implementation, but the valuable part IS the implementation. I come in, become part of your team, and build the actual thing. It's fully set up, ready to go, and we can continue to build as your business grows.

The project began with a strategic workshop to define the positioning, audience, and what makes DNB Connect different in a saturated market. From there, the visual identity was developed — logo, typography, colour system — alongside the key brand assets including a capability statement and the foundations for their market-facing materials.
